At Black Pearl, we understand design, quality, and functionality. In order to connect these elements we require a Team Member that will share our love and passion for our work with the same elements in mind.

We are therefore, looking for an Architectural Technologist with excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and possible render packages would be a bonus.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include:

• Project design and development
• Produce design documentation aligned with the design brief Assist management with the coordination of the project team and program

The successful applicants will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• B.Tech
• A minimum of 2 years, post qualification experience
• Excellent knowledge of the abovementioned programmes and Outlook
• Must be able to understand and formulate design decisions and present them for discussion

Our work hours are from 8 – 5, Monday to Friday. We do not work remotely, only if required.
